What counts as a "Conversation"?

A Conversation credit is used each time a visitor on your website clicks to connect with the AI agent. This initiates a real-time voice or text stream that can last up to 15 minutes. If a visitor disconnects and connects again, it will start a new Conversation.

When will paid plans be available?

As webVox is in the pre-release stage, we are currently gauging the usage statistcs and user feedback to finalize our paid plans. We anticipate launching paid subscription plans with additional features and capabilities in 2026.
